How this service works:

  • You ship your merchandise to SML Delivery Service here in Columbus Ohio 
  • Our receiving department contacts your company by phone or email which ever you prefer  to inform you that we have received your shipment.
  • We verify that your merchandise matches your shipping invoices (If there is a problem we immediately contact you by phone and email to get future instructions on your shipment, we will not go forward until we hear from you.) 
  • We unpack the merchandise and repack your customers merchandise for shipping. We then transport it to the USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.
  • If your company has inventory that needs to be left at our warehouse, we will do a checklist via a excel spread sheet and send it to you via email. We will store your merchandise for a fee, until you are ready for it to be moved.  
  • You supply us with the shipping labels and packaging slips for each customer (you can send upload them on an FTP site via a pdf file and then email us a note to
  • We supply the boxes and tape to package your shipments providing that you are using USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, etc. 
  • Our management contacts the person who is in charge of shipping with your company, by phone to inform you that your shipment has been delivered to the shipping company of your choice (we will supply you with a date and time). 
  • Billing is sent to each customer via Invoice after merchandise has been mailed, we give the customer 7 business days turn around on payment unless other arrangements have been set with owner of SML Delivery Service.

Example of merchandise excepted:

Small to Medium items: clothing, accessories, wigs, shoes, mail, etc.


$7 per box that my company packs and ships out to your customer  via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL etc.

No storage space is being offered at this time 

 If you need bulk packing this charge is $1 per piece & shipping charges are on distance from my warehouse in Columbus, Ohio  to UPS, FedEx, or USPS  that you want your customers merchandise to be delivered too. (this is for all boxes shipped at once. ex: 15 orders shipped = 1 charge per day)

Transporting charges are $2.20 per mile.

All billing is done electronically via pay pal & email, if you elect to pay by pay pal there is a 5% surcharge on the balance which will be billed to you to insure that we get full payment.
